Good evening, guys!

I hope your weekend festivities were fun and relaxing. Mine was fantastic! Remember, the ROUGH DRAFT of your resume and cover letter are due tomorrow. Yes, both. I would like you to bring in a digital or hard copy of each so we can have a writing workshop to offer insight and collaborate with your classmates.

Now, to the fun stuff :)

I found this link the other day, and thought it would be fun for all of our poets and lyricists. Perhaps you are already familiar with it, but, man, it's pretty fun! Enjoy, and I look forward to seeing you tomorrow.

Welcome!

Welcome to HUM 115: Writing for Job Readiness! I am very excited to be your teacher and look forward to really making this class a space for blended learning. You will need access to a computer every week for this class as we will be taking advantage of some amazing digital resources like Box.com and Edmodo. By the end of our 11 weeks, you will have created a digital portfolio that will not only represent your writing skills but should also be quite useful for you in any current or future career endeavors. Have a great day, and happy writing!
